1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and EKO Homes Renovation LLC ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the ekohomes.net website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Renovation Services

All renovation, construction, and related services provided by EKO Homes Renovation LLC are subject to separate, specific written agreements or contracts between EKO Homes Renovation LLC and the client. The information provided on this website does not constitute a binding contract for services.

3. Estimates and Quotes

Any estimates, quotes, or timelines provided through this website, via email, or over the phone prior to an on-site inspection and formal contract are preliminary and non-binding. We reserve the right to modify initial estimates upon a full review of the project scope and site condition.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration or contact information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
